Yolanda Stokes is a dedicated and compassionate experienced administrative professional with a strong background in program management, operations, and a certification as both a Birth and Postpartum Doula. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. As Program Manager at the University of Pennsylvania, Yolanda oversees center programs, staff management, program inventory, and space requests while supporting memberships, special programs/projects, and administrative functions. With a deep love for helping families, Yolanda brings a caring touch to both her professional work and doula practice, ensuring smooth operations while offering heartfelt support to those in need.
