As Director, Jessica oversees the strategic direction and oversight of the Family Center. She manages the Family Grant and Dependent Grant Programs and oversees childcare benefits for students and post docs with children. Additionally, she participates in University-wide initiatives to support families such as the expansion of lactation resources and the implementation of family friendly policies for students. Jessica has been working with Penn’s graduate students and students with children since 2010. A former student parent, Jessica is an alumna of The College of New Jersey (BA, 2006) and The University of Pennsylvania (MA, 2016).
